Sick of sugary, stodgy breakfast cereal? Want to increase fibre in your diet? These delicious breakfasts jars taste as good as they look
- 1 dessertspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
- 7-10 almonds
- 5 walnuts
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp pepitas
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
Combine the chia seeds and milk at the bottom of a dry jar. Stir well so the it is well combined. Let sit for 2 minutes and stir again. It should be set in 10 mins. You can leave it overnight at this stage.
Place a layer of fruit over the chia pudding, then add a layer o nuts and seeds.
Finish with a layer of yoghurt and shredded coconut on top.
